What you will do

• Act as a technical subject matter expert for Forma, including platform capabilities, limitations, and integrations.
• Lead customer engagements by analyzing construction workflows and designing solutions for project delivery and collaboration.
• Configure workflows for document management, RFIs, submittals, field operations, and model coordination.
• Build dashboards, reports, and analytics to track adoption, project performance, and operational outcomes.
• Support integrations between Forma, ERP platforms, BI tools, and other construction technologies through APIs and data connectors.
• Deliver health checks, workshops, training, and technical initiatives aligned with Customer Success Plans.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the AEC or AEC technology industry.
• Experience supporting or implementing construction technology solutions across project teams or organizations.
• Strong understanding of construction workflows and project delivery processes.
• Experience with SaaS platforms, enterprise technology adoption, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience creating dashboards, reports, or analytics from construction project data.
• Ability to travel as needed for customer engagements and internal collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience with construction contractors, engineering firms, or BIM/VDC consulting organizations.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, BIM tools, project management platforms, APIs, and business intelligence tools such as Power BI.
