Senior Fullstack Engineer (Crypto)

TL;DR

Senior Fullstack Engineer (TypeScript/React/Crypto): Building stablecoin interfaces and reliable backend infrastructure across the full product stack with an accent on end-to-end ownership, API design, database architecture, and customer-facing delivery. Location: Remote from Argentina; working hours must have a majority overlap with Eastern Time business hours. Candidates near Eastern Time are preferred, with exceptional engineers considered from Pacific Time through ET+2.

Salary: $150,000–$200,000 plus equity and bonus.

What you will do

• Own features and products end to end, from initial prototypes through launch, iteration, and ongoing operation.
• Build and maintain frontend interfaces and reliable backend infrastructure.
• Collaborate with product, design, operations, finance, external partners, and customers to gather requirements and develop integrations.
• Design APIs, database schemas, authentication flows, and production services.
• Scope MVP milestones, ship quickly, gather feedback, and iterate on customer-facing products.
• Improve system performance, reliability, observability, and operational maintainability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of fullstack development experience, including 3+ years with TypeScript/Node and a modern frontend framework, preferably React.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL, API design and versioning, documentation, and modern authentication patterns.
• Proven ability to ship production frontend and backend systems with high uptime and minimal maintenance overhead.
• Strong product judgment, design awareness, clean code practices, and automated testing experience.
• Experience collaborating with external partners and customers on requirements, integrations, and iterative delivery.
• Excellent English communication and majority overlap with Eastern Time business hours are required.

Nice to have

• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment and launching customer-facing products.
• Knowledge of performance profiling, latency reduction, service-level adherence, and event-driven architectures.
• Expertise with Docker, Kubernetes, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Crypto development experience, including onchain libraries, blockchain infrastructure, and node software such as Geth or Solana validators.
