What you will do

• Design and develop high-impact financial reporting and reconciliation systems using Golang.
• Build automation workflows and data reports using Python and SQL.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Finance and Accounting teams to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Contribute to the distributed architecture and maintain system performance while scaling.
• Mentor engineering teammates and promote technical best practices.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle from design to production deployment.

Requirements

• Must be based in Chile
• 7+ years of full-stack software engineering experience
• Professional experience with Golang and Python
• Strong understanding of financial operations such as reconciliation, reporting, and compliance
• Proficiency with database systems like MySQL or PostgreSQL
• Experience with containerized micro-service architecture and Kubernetes on AWS

Nice to have

• Previous experience as an accountant or financial analyst
• Background in banking or financial institutions
• Experience with observability platforms like Prometheus, NewRelic, or Datadog
