What you will do

• Process supplier invoices and reconcile accounts payable balances.
• Maintain fixed asset master data and perform depreciation runs.
• Prepare and submit tax refund claims and reconcile documentation.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities and internal audits.
• Process corporate credit card transactions and employee expense reimbursements.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve payment issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in accounts payable, VAT operations, or financial administration.
• Fluency in English and one of the following: Spanish, French, or German.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet demanding deadlines.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
• Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment.

Nice to have

• CIMA or ACCA certification.
