Salary: €60,000 – €85,500 gross per year (OTE €66,000 – €93,000)

What you will do

• Define and evolve platform capabilities to make the product faster to build on, easier to scale, and ready for AI-powered experiences.
• Partner with engineering to identify opportunities where AI and automation can simplify configuration and setup for IT teams.
• Collaborate with platform and feature PMs to design reusable, high-impact components and integration points.
• Translate complex technical trade-offs into clear product outcomes, technical abstractions, and roadmaps.
• Drive platform modernization by translating long-term technical initiatives into a measurable product vision.
• Manage cross-domain dependencies to ensure a cohesive and reliable platform evolution.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Product Management within enterprise software or complex SaaS platforms.
• Solid understanding of backend systems, APIs, data models, and cloud-native architectures.
• Strong analytical skills and systems thinking to structure ambiguous problems into scalable solutions.
• Ability to engage credibly with enterprise IT teams and influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Professional-level English proficiency (spoken and written).
• Must be based in or able to relocate to Madrid, Spain for a hybrid work arrangement.
