What you will do

• Design and implement scalable software security systems for hirify.global applications.
• Automate portions of the penetration-testing experience and reduce manual security processes.
• Prototype, evaluate, and deliver a greenfield product for rapidly identifying critical security details across applications.
• Translate complex security requirements into reliable, high-performance software solutions.
• Collaborate with local, international, and cross-functional security and engineering teams.
• Lead technical and business decisions for mission-critical security products.

Requirements

• Professional, non-internship software development experience, including development within the last three years.
• Programming experience in at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C#, including object-oriented design.
• Experience mentoring, serving as a technical lead, or leading an engineering team.
• Experience leading architecture and design for new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
• Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, advanced systems concepts, and software design.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or an equivalent qualification.
• Experience with the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations.
