What you will do

• Build end-to-end data integrations to sync customer data with Scale's platform.
• Collaborate with customer engineering teams to optimize data pipelines, API endpoint design, and I/O schemas.
• Design and maintain internal tools, playbooks, SDKs, and technical documentation to ensure long-term customer success.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to resolve technical blockers and own technical escalations.
• Identify customer-specific feature requests and develop deep expertise in LLMs and 2D image annotation.
• Represent the company and engage with stakeholders at major industry events.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
• Experience as a customer-facing engineer or in a hybrid pre/post-sales technical role.
• Development experience with Python, JavaScript, or other modern languages.
• Strong engineering background in computer science, mathematics, or a quantitative field.
• Proven project management and interpersonal skills for presenting to executives and engineers.
• Ability to communicate effectively across internal and external cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in AI or working within classified environments.
• Understanding of DevSecOps principles, including secure software delivery and CI/CD.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Helm charts, and Ansible.
• Prior experience as a technical go-to-market resource.
