What you will do

• Translate product vision into an actionable roadmap, product narrative, milestones, and documentation.
• Partner with Engineering on technical decisions and align delivery with product goals.
• Lead execution, coordinate contributors, communicate progress, and resolve delivery roadblocks.
• Conduct customer discovery workshops and market research to identify product gaps and trends.
• Gather qualitative and quantitative data to validate or challenge product assumptions.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Business, and Marketing on product requirements and adoption.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Product Management experience in a regulated environment with a proven record of delivering impact.
• Understanding of blockchain technology, crypto custody best practices, and the tokenization lifecycle.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, scrappy, and dynamic startup environment.
• Currently residing in the European Union.

Nice to have

• Experience building Bitcoin-related or enterprise crypto products for traditional financial institutions.
• Understanding of traditional financial systems, services, and products.
• Knowledge of commercial banking, investment banking, prime brokerage, and asset management.
• Knowledge of Liquid and its role in the Bitcoin ecosystem.
• Russian and/or Ukrainian language skills.
