Senior Product Manager, Transact (Fintech)

What you will do

• Define and prioritize the Transact product roadmap based on market trends, customer feedback, and business objectives.
• Lead products from ideation through launch and continuous iteration, including the Auth account-linking and authentication experience.
• Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver secure, high-quality payment and crypto products.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to identify opportunities.
• Establish product metrics, analyze performance, and drive data-informed improvements.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops and maintain alignment across stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience.
• Experience with open banking or authentication-related payments products, including account verification, instant payment authorization, or funding-source risk and fraud checks.
• Technical background with the ability to discuss implementation details with engineering and integrate or test APIs.
• Background in fintech, payments, blockchain, or financial markets.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and tactical delivery skills.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools, particularly Jira, plus the ability to write SQL queries.
