CyberArk Consultant (Cybersecurity): Administering and improving privileged access management and identity services with an accent on CyberArk PAM, access governance, and security compliance. Focus on onboarding privileged accounts and infrastructure, automating IAM operations, troubleshooting access issues, and strengthening credential and session security.

Location: Hybrid in Porto, Portugal; development and administrative centers are also located in Porto and Lisbon. The role is part of a multicultural team distributed across European cities.

What you will do

• Administer and maintain the CyberArk Privileged Access Management platform.
• Onboard privileged accounts, servers, databases, and applications, and manage Safes, permissions, password policies, credential rotation, and privileged sessions.
• Support IAM operations including provisioning, deprovisioning, access requests, incident resolution, service requests, and access certification campaigns.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, application, and audit teams on security policies, governance standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Contribute to automation, process improvements, technical documentation, and continuous enhancement of IAM services.

Requirements

• Experience in IT, cybersecurity, IAM, infrastructure, or a related field, with a strong interest in PAM.
• Good knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft technologies, authentication, access management, and identity security concepts.
• Experience with CyberArk PAM or similar IAM/PAM solutions.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Fluent English required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow, Okta, or other identity governance platforms.
• Familiarity with PowerShell, REST APIs, automation, Linux administration, Azure, or AWS.
