What you will do

• Conduct regular assessments and audits of IT operations for compliance with internal policies and external regulations like GDPR and SOX.
• Develop KPIs to track the effectiveness of access management solutions and report performance to stakeholders.
• Collaborate on the overall strategy for identity and privileged access programs to align with security objectives.
• Manage and maintain privileged access technologies, including user management and policy enforcement.
• Oversee the identity lifecycle from provisioning to regular reviews, ensuring the principle of least privilege.
• Implement and enforce RBAC and ABAC access control policies across the IT landscape.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field specializing in Cybersecurity.
• 7+ years of overall experience in Cybersecurity.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Cloud Security, IAM, and PAM solutions.
• Strong understanding of RBAC, ABAC, SAML, and OAuth.
• Experience in security auditing and risk management.
• Must be based in Portugal (Hybrid).
• English proficiency is required.

Nice to have

• Certifications such as CISSP or CIAM.
• Experience with cloud-based identity and access management solutions.
• Knowledge of scripting languages for automation of access management tasks.
• Experience with security frameworks such as NIST or ISO 27001.
