Compliance Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Coordinate AI governance, including system inventories, risk classification, assessments, transparency requirements, and human oversight controls under applicable frameworks such as the EU AI Act.
• Oversee GDPR compliance, privacy governance, DPIAs, data subject requests, breach response, policies, controls, and awareness initiatives.
• Coordinate DORA, NIS2, cybersecurity, and ISO compliance assessments, evidence collection, audits, and remediation activities.
• Assess compliance risks for new products and services, maintain policies and procedures, and drive corrective actions.
• Support AML/CFT activities, including customer due diligence, screening, suspicious activity escalation, and regulatory reporting.
• Provide compliance guidance and training, review customer and third-party contracts, coordinate with Risk, Information Security, and Audit, and prepare reports for senior management and regulators.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• At least eight years of compliance experience, preferably in technology, fintech, credit servicing, or regulated outsourcing.
• Knowledge of financial services regulatory frameworks, GDPR, AI governance, Legal Tech, and evolving compliance control practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, integrity, and independent-working skills.
• Excellent written and verbal Greek and English.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office; familiarity with AI-enabled productivity tools is an asset.
