What you will do

• Design and implement multi-file coding tasks covering bug fixes, feature development, refactoring, migrations, and testing.
• Write clear specifications and complete reference implementations.
• Develop and extend unit and integration test suites.
• Review peer-generated tasks for correctness, clarity, realism, and technical accuracy.
• Identify edge cases, ambiguities, and potential failure modes.
• Align specifications, code, tests, and expected outputs.

Requirements

• Remote work from the Netherlands.
• Advanced professional written English proficiency.
• 3–7 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong Python and JavaScript/TypeScript skills, plus working knowledge of Java, C#, or Go.
• Production experience with backend or full-stack development and testing frameworks such as pytest, Jest, JUnit, xUnit, or Go testing.
• Ability to debug large multi-file codebases and perform code reviews, refactoring, and production migrations.
