What you will do

• Partner with managers and team leaders on performance, development, engagement, and employee relations.
• Lead or support global and local People projects, including process harmonisation, policy development, values, engagement, change management, and EVP initiatives.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Reward, and Learning & Development Centres of Excellence to deliver global programmes locally.
• Support talent reviews, performance management, salary reviews, workforce planning, and organisational transformation.
• Analyse People data, reporting, and trends to provide insights and improve decision-making.
• Coach junior People team members and align local delivery with global People strategies and OKRs.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience as a People Business Partner.
• Strong knowledge of People practices, the employee lifecycle, and UK employment law.
• Experience leading or supporting People projects and managing multiple priorities.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work with ambiguity and organisational change, analyse data, and turn insights into action.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ideally People or HRIS systems.

Nice to have

• CIPD qualification or equivalent.
• Experience with reward, Learning & Development, or DEI initiatives.
• Experience in technology, iGaming, or high-growth industries.
• Understanding of iGaming regulations and compliance requirements.
