What you will do

• Operate, maintain, and optimize global market data distribution platforms for high availability, low latency, and stability.
• Configure and support real-time market data environments across global infrastructure.
• Monitor performance, capacity, and availability while preparing platforms for market volatility and changing trading volumes.
• Troubleshoot production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and eliminate recurring issues.
• Collaborate with development teams to test, validate, and deploy releases and platform enhancements.
• Manage upgrades, security patches, operating system maintenance, feed migrations, and operational automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong production experience with Linux and Unix operating systems.
• Strong scripting skills in Bash, Korn Shell, and/or Python.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, UDP, networking fundamentals, and distributed systems.
• Experience supporting mission-critical, highly available production platforms, including monitoring, capacity planning, and performance tuning.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to work in a global, collaborative environment.
