What you will do

• Build integration services for payments, identity, e-signature, and real-time data.
• Develop rules engines and configuration runtimes that allow customers to launch new products without code changes to the platform.
• Build importer pipelines and batch reconciliation services for company migrations with zero data loss.
• Scale multi-tenant settlement, document, and asynchronous worker systems while preserving data correctness under load.
• Design public APIs for customer integrations and AI-agent consumers.
• Develop financial workflows covering billing, payouts, commissions, refunds, and transaction cycles.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Python web development experience, particularly with financial systems or modules.
• 3+ years of experience with SQL databases and SaaS cloud product development.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Django or another Python framework.
• 2+ years of experience building and consuming APIs for financial transactions.
• Professional experience with Docker and AWS, plus hands-on experience with Vue or React.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field, advanced mathematical skills, and excellent communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in a scaling startup or the fintech and financial services sectors.
• Experience with spec-driven development and AI-generated tests, scaffolding, or architecture.
• Production AI agents or multi-step LLM pipelines using LangChain, LangGraph, or equivalent tools.
• Experience with multi-agent orchestration and parallel agentic coding workflows.
