What you will do

• Build integration services for identity, electronic signatures, real-time data, and AI agents.
• Develop rules engines, configuration runtimes, and AI copilots that support customer product creation.
• Lead customer data migrations through importer pipelines, schema mapping, and time-critical go-lives.
• Engineer multi-tenant infrastructure, including asynchronous workers, document pipelines, and scheduled jobs.
• Design public APIs that support the customer ecosystem and treat AI agents as first-class consumers.
• Build MCP servers and orchestration layers for production AI agents, including tools, context handling, and model routing.

Requirements

• Must be located in Argentina or Brazil and able to work remotely as an independent contractor.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of Python web development experience and 3+ years with Django or another Python framework.
• 3+ years of experience with SQL databases, SaaS product development, and cloud-based solutions.
• 2+ years of experience building and consuming APIs.
• Professional experience with Docker, AWS, and frontend frameworks such as Vue or React.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, plus daily use of agentic AI coding tools.

Nice to have

• Experience at a scaling startup.
• Spec-driven development using AI to generate tests, scaffolding, or architecture.
• Production AI agents or multi-step LLM pipelines built with LangChain, LangGraph, or equivalent frameworks.
• Experience with multi-agent orchestration and parallel agentic workflows.
