What you will do

• Own, plan, and optimize AI solutions for complex enterprise customer problems.
• Build advanced AI agents with multimodal functionality, tool-calling, and other capabilities using the hirify.global Generative Platform.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical machine learning solutions.
• Collaborate with customer teams onsite and virtually, coordinating data and ML requirements across functions.
• Write, deploy, and debug production code in customer and hirify.global codebases across multiple development environments.
• Run data-driven experiments to identify model strengths and inefficiencies and improve product performance.

Requirements

• Strong engineering background with a bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, another quantitative field, or equivalent experience.
• Deep familiarity with data-driven machine learning iteration and the impact of dataset changes on model results.
• Experience with cloud technology stacks such as AWS or GCP and developing machine learning models in cloud environments.
• Proficiency in Python, including writing, testing, and debugging code with libraries such as NumPy and pandas.
• Ability to solve complex, ambiguous technical problems and learn new technologies quickly.
• Ability to meet customer teams onsite in London as required.

Nice to have

• Strong knowledge of software engineering best practices.
• Experience building production applications with generative AI.
• Familiarity with state-of-the-art large language models and their strengths and limitations.
