What you will do

• Manage algorithmic crypto trading strategies and design systematic trading systems.
• Analyze market-making performance and develop new models and alpha signals using machine learning.
• Conduct back-testing, monitor production performance, and debug real-time operational issues.
• Build in-house data analysis packages and research frameworks.
• Develop automation tools to optimize trading processes.
• Research market microstructure and global macro-trends within the blockchain space.

Requirements

• Degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or Quantitative Finance.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or MatLab (Expert Python highly preferred).
• Intermediate experience with database applications such as SQL or KDB.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Location: Must be based in London

Nice to have

• Intermediate knowledge of C++.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in trading, risk management, and quantitative strategies.
• Experience working with tick data.
• Knowledge of algorithms, network programming, operating systems, and compilers.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS.
