What you will do

• Visit customers and understand their circumstances to agree appropriate solutions for resolving energy debt.
• Support future payments and help customers reduce energy consumption.
• Identify new tenants through customer discussions, letting agents, and neighbours while complying with the Data Protection Act.
• Lead warrant teams when required to gain entry and exchange or disconnect meters.
• Record job details using paperwork and electronic equipment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role and a genuine desire to help customers.
• Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic PC skills and confidence using a smartphone and tablet.
• Must live in North Birmingham and hold a full valid UK or EU driving licence, preferably clean and with no more than six points.
• Must have broadband access at home for uploading daily data.
