TL;DR

Senior Software Engineer (React): Building and evolving a customer-facing portal with responsive interfaces, workflows, and API integrations with an accent on scalable component architecture, usability, and performance. Focus on integrating AI-assisted experiences, designing reliable frontend systems, and delivering maintainable features through automated testing and cloud-based deployment.

Location: On-site in São Paulo or Santa Rita do Sapucaí, Brazil

What you will do

Design, develop, test, and ship customer-facing portal features.
Lead frontend development with React, TypeScript, and JavaScript, including component architecture, state management, routing, and API integrations.
Integrate AI-powered APIs, copilot-style features, and ML-driven insights when required by product direction.
Use AI-assisted development tools responsibly while validating outputs and protecting security, privacy, and intellectual property.
Collaborate with backend and platform teams on APIs, data models, performance, and releases.
Mentor junior engineers and participate in an on-call rotation approximately once every two months.

Requirements

5+ years of professional frontend development experience, including substantial production experience with React.
Strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript.
2–4 years of experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms and 3+ years working with CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with infrastructure-as-code or deployment tools such as Terraform, Serverless, or Ansible.
Experience with SQL and relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
Experience writing unit, integration, and end-to-end tests for frontend applications, plus strong communication and agile collaboration skills.

Nice to have

Experience building highly automated, cloud-based systems and customer-facing experiences.
Experience collaborating on API contracts and backend query or performance optimization.
