TL;DR
Trenches / Web3 Frontend Developer (Web3): Building and owning the client surface of an onchain trading terminal across Solana and EVM with an accent on latency-critical trading UX, wallet flows, and real-time execution. Focus on reducing time to interactive and time to fill, unifying transaction experiences, and delivering reliable interfaces for perps, prediction markets, and trenches trading.
Location: Remote, with reasonable overlap with a global team.

What you will do
- Own the onchain.cc trading terminal client surface across trenches, perpetuals, and prediction markets on Solana and EVM.
- Own at least one revenue-bearing product surface from proposal through production, including execution and fill-quality UX.
- Improve trading interactions such as latency, snipe controls, live data, and one-click execution.
- Unify Solana and EVM wallet and transaction flows while maintaining feature parity in the Capacitor mobile app.
- Drive down frontend latency using p95 time to interactive and time to fill as key metrics.
- Own production defect rates and incident recurrence for shipped surfaces.
Requirements
- Production experience shipping onchain products involving real users and real money, such as perpetuals, DEXs, launchpads, prediction markets, or trading terminals.
- Production experience with both Solana and EVM.
- Strong understanding of trading concepts including fills, slippage, priority fees, and lost entries.
- Experience with browser latency and real-time systems, including WebSockets, RPC streams, optimistic UI, reconnection, and backpressure.
- Experience with trading interfaces, charting, order flow, PnL, fills, transaction states, and onchain failure handling.
- Experience with Solana adapters, embedded wallets, signing, and approval flows; genuine daily use of AI-native development workflows is expected.
