AI Product Specialist

Location: On-site in New York, New York

What you will do

• Lead the rollout of AI tools and workflows across the organization.
• Design and deliver role-specific training for technical and non-technical teams.
• Provide hands-on support, troubleshooting, and adoption guidance.
• Monitor adoption, quantify business impact, and present findings to stakeholders and leadership.
• Create documentation, playbooks, and repeatable best practices.
• Support product and engineering teams in piloting AI-assisted capabilities and identifying new opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 0–2 years of professional experience; internships, coursework, personal projects, and campus leadership count.
• Experience building something real with AI tools, such as a web app, dashboard, or working prototype.
• Comfort working with data, manipulating numbers, and drawing conclusions.
• Strong communication, presentation, training, writing, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience organizing people or projects, along with a self-starter mindset and empathy for users changing their habits.

Nice to have

• Python or other coding experience.
