What you will do

• Lead planning and operational delivery for major regional and international esports events hosted in EMEA.
• Own physical production design and execution, including staging, lighting, AV, projection, power, rigging, and broadcast integration.
• Coordinate hospitality frameworks, travel schedules, welfare, accessibility, and inclusivity for players, talent, and VIPs.
• Manage Tier-1 event budgets, forecasting, capital investment decisions, vendor negotiations, and cost efficiency.
• Oversee senior vendor and partner relationships, contracts, documentation, logistics, and quality standards.
• Improve production frameworks and workflows while mentoring Production Managers and representing production in cross-functional planning.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in live broadcast or large-scale event production, ideally in sports, esports, gaming conventions, or related environments.
• Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-stakeholder productions.
• Deep understanding of live broadcast infrastructure, signal paths, and production technologies.
• Strong vendor management, contracting, budgeting, negotiation, communication, and diplomacy skills.
• Fluent English required; additional EMEA languages are beneficial.
• Comfort with significant travel and demanding live-event environments.
