What you will do
- Manage the full game lifecycle from concept to release and post-launch support.
- Coordinate game designers, developers, artists, marketing, sales, operations, and other stakeholders.
- Build and maintain project schedules, timelines, milestones, budgets, and delivery plans.
- Identify and mitigate production risks, roadblocks, and resource constraints.
- Use market trends, competitor analysis, and player feedback to support development decisions and continuous improvement.
- Conduct quality assurance checks and align production with go-to-market objectives.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in game production or a similar role.
- Proven track record of delivering shipped games.
- Strong understanding of game development pipelines and production methodologies.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum practices.
- Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and resource management skills.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with RNG mechanics and game mathematics.
