TL;DR
Producer (Game Development): Guide a game development team through all stages of production with an accent on efficient and sustainable delivery of features and content. Focus on sprint ceremonies, milestone tracking, removing impediments, and continuous improvements in ways of working while coordinating with executive producers, directors, and other producers.

What you will do
- Implement the project’s vision and strategic direction within the team
- Monitor team progress, deliverables, and project milestones to ensure timely delivery
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Remove impediments, improve communication, and maintain focus across the team
- Support efficient workflow using Jira and help optimize product development processes
- Collaborate with executive producer, directors, and other producers; support recruitment and onboarding
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Producer, Project Manager, or Team Lead in the video game industry
- Strong understanding of game development processes and team dynamics
- Leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to give and receive constructive feedback
Nice to have
- Experience with live service games
- Experience leading a team that shipped at least one AAA game title
- Agile methodology expertise
- Experience in a similar role outside gaming (e.g., IT or entertainment)
