Tokenization and Investment Operations Specialist (Web3): Managing daily operations for live tokenized asset funds, including settlements, token issuance, liquidity routing, reconciliations, and reporting with an accent on bridging traditional finance and DeFi infrastructure. Location: Fully remote within the US or EU, collaborating across 5+ time zones.

What you will do

• Execute daily fund flows, including stablecoin settlements, tokenized share issuance, smart contract interactions, and MPC wallet approvals.
• Manage cross-chain liquidity and connect tokenized real-world asset products with DeFi protocols such as Sky, Aave, and Morpho.
• Design automated workflows for onchain and offchain reconciliations, transaction analysis, liquidity monitoring, and regulatory reporting.
• Maintain transaction logs, prepare daily and monthly financial reports, coordinate fee and cost accounting with the fund administrator, and track fund performance.
• Build intelligent alerting systems and translate asset management needs into platform improvements with Product and Engineering.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in traditional fund operations, accounting, or financial analysis, including valuations, accruals, and investor reporting.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience with onchain transactions, DeFi liquidity pools, cross-chain bridges, MPC wallets, or multisig tools.
• Ability to read and analyze onchain data using tools such as Dune, Etherscan, or Tenderly.
• Proficiency with Excel and databases, plus basic scripting in Python, JavaScript, or similar tools, or demonstrated ability to use LLMs and AI agents for financial automation.
• Strong attention to detail when validating accounting packages, auditing transaction logs, tracking onchain events, and interacting with smart contracts.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively with Operations, Product, Engineering, and Asset Management.
