What you will do

• Operate and secure the on-chain treasury across multiple legal entities, jurisdictions, wallets, and chains.
• Build and productionize monitoring, alerting, runbooks, drills, on-call escalation, and post-mortem processes.
• Define and lead treasury incident response, including emergency procedures and out-of-hours escalation.
• Execute crypto and fiat payments, wallet signing workflows, liquidity positioning, hedging, and on/off-ramping.
• Own treasury reporting, reconciliation, dashboard data quality, and transaction records for Finance, community transparency, and investor diligence.
• Develop wallet architecture, cold custody, recovery procedures, and operational controls in partnership with Finance, Security, and Investment functions.

Requirements

• Deep hands-on experience operating an institutional-grade self-custodied crypto treasury.
• Strong practical expertise with Gnosis Safe and Zodiac modules, including Roles, Delay, Guards, permission scoping, allowlists, clear signing, and calldata verification.
• Advanced crypto operational security mindset with the ability to anticipate and mitigate exploit and key-compromise risks.
• Experience operating within multi-entity and multi-jurisdiction corporate structures.
• Ability to design and operate runbooks, alert taxonomies, drills, signing workflows, tested recovery paths, and deployable infrastructure.
• Comfort with remote async work, high attention to detail, automation, and on-call responsibility during genuine emergencies.

Nice to have

• Experience executing large-scale liquidity moves and hedges across DeFi venues and centralized counterparties.
• Familiarity with Tenderly, Defender, Hypernative, Forta, Hexagate, Den, PagerDuty, or equivalent monitoring and response tools.
• Experience designing auditable workflows and bringing teams along in fast-moving environments.
