Functional Analyst

TL;DR

Functional Analyst (Oracle/SQL): Analyzing and specifying tailor-made web development projects with an accent on technical and functional analysis, data modelling, and requirements definition. Focus on designing use cases, diagrams, flowcharts, prototypes, and feature files while solving complex business and system requirements.

Location: 100% remote from Portugal; the position is based in Portugal.

Salary: €28,000–€52,000 per year.

What you will do

• Perform technical and functional analysis for tailor-made web development projects.
• Define and document requirements using feature files, RUP, and use cases.
• Create data models, diagrams, flowcharts, and prototypes.
• Work with Oracle and SQL queries and procedures.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to translate business needs into functional specifications.
• Use SVN and maintain project documentation throughout delivery.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in functional analysis within tailor-made web development projects.
• Practical Oracle and SQL experience, including queries and procedures.
• Knowledge of technical and functional analysis, feature files, and RUP.
• Experience with data modelling, use cases, diagrams, flowcharts, and prototypes.
• Experience using SVN.
