What you will do

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Bridge communication between clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Manage end-to-end user access requests for e-banking services across Front Office, clients, Enablement, and Distribution teams.
• Analyze stakeholder feedback and identify improvements to processes, services, and digital banking solutions.
• Support backlog refinement and prioritization based on business value.
• Build strong client relationships and promote continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Academic degree or equivalent practical IT experience.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of the financial sector or banking.
• Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality results under deadlines.
