What you will do
- Own the relationship with AI lab partners as the senior point of contact.
- Scope and expand engagements, converting pilots into production work.
- Oversee delivery outcomes through Human Data Managers ensuring quality reputation.
- Manage commercial aspects including scope, pricing, and margins at the account level.
- Track strategic directions of lab partners and identify new opportunities.
Requirements
- Location: Remote work across LATAM countries including Argentina, Chile, Ecuador, Mexico, Peru, and Uruguay
- 5+ years in account or engagement management with recent AI/ML exposure.
- Experience growing accounts and managing technical delivery relationships.
- Fluent English (C1 level) required; Spanish is a plus.
- Strong commercial instincts and ability to work in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
Nice to have
- Spanish language skills.
