What you will do

• Manage delivery of the KYC badge product for Web3 project teams.
• Conduct behavioral interviews with project members to assess risks and identify discrepancies.
• Perform OSINT investigations using limited information and evaluate project quality and risk factors.
• Guide clients through identification document submission and verification.
• Document findings clearly to support KYC badge decisions and communicate status and requirements.
• Create KYC and Web3 investigations content and thought leadership.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in investigations, KYC, or a related field.
• Experience conducting complex behavioral interviews and OSINT investigations.
• Fluent English required.
• Understanding of KYC regulations, AML/CFT laws, and compliance standards.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organization, and independent work skills.
• Familiarity with Web3 social media platforms, especially X/Twitter, and an interest in crypto.
