TL;DR
PCB Design Engineer (High-Speed Mixed-Signal Hardware): Designing and delivering high-performance PCB systems for rapid prototyping, product development, and experimental validation with an accent on high-speed interfaces, power architectures, and manufacturable layouts. Focus on bringing up and debugging complex prototypes, performing signal and power integrity analysis, and building custom control and measurement electronics.
Location: On-site at the Paris offices, France. Relocation support is available for moves within 20 minutes of the company’s location.

What you will do
- Design and lay out multilayer PCBs with high-speed digital interfaces, robust power architectures, controlled impedance, and manufacturable stackups.
- Specify and integrate DC-DC converters, LDOs, filters, and other power-delivery components for complex mixed-signal systems.
- Lead hardware prototype bring-up, debugging, structured testing, and fault analysis using laboratory equipment.
- Design control and measurement electronics for experimental setups, supporting lab validation and characterization.
- Maintain accurate, reusable, and lifecycle-compliant component libraries.
- Collaborate with firmware, mechanical, and test engineers on system integration and rapid product iterations.
Requirements
- Experience designing multilayer PCBs with high-speed interfaces such as PCIe, DDR, or USB, including differential-pair routing, impedance control, and stackup planning.
- Strong board-level power-management experience, including power-tree design, DC-DC converter selection, and PDN analysis.
- Proficiency with schematic capture and PCB-layout tools such as Altium, KiCad, or Cadence, plus familiarity with DFM and DFT principles.
- Hands-on experience with fine-pitch, high-pin-count components such as FPGAs and BGAs, including fanout and via-in-pad techniques.
- Experience debugging prototypes with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and power analyzers using a methodical fault-isolation approach.

- Experience performing signal-integrity and power-integrity simulations for high-speed interfaces.
