Salary: Internship allowance of €700 based on a 36-hour work week, plus public transport reimbursement.

What you will do

• Lead preparation of pitches for sustainable capital markets opportunities.
• Support DCM deal execution by preparhirify.global investor presentations and green-shadhirify.global order books.
• Assist with structurhirify.global mandates for green, social, sustainable, and sustainability-linked bonds.
• Identify market opportunities and monitor ESG regulations, market developments, and client-specific news.
• Coordinate with Sustainable Finance, DCM origination, syndicate, sales, and research stakeholders to identify opportunities and support cross-sellhirify.global.

Requirements

• Enrollment at a Dutch university, or at an EU university for EU passport holders, throughout the internship is mandatory.
• Full-time availability for the entire internship period of at least six months is required.
• Bachelor’s degree required; a Master’s degree is preferred, with an academic background in finance, economics, law, political science, international relations, sustainability, or business studies.
• Demonstrable affinity with sustainable finance and financial markets, with basic ESG knowledge.
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills, strong written and verbal communication, and fluent English.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines.

Nice to have

• Internship or relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of international bond markets and fixed-income instruments.
• Ability to read balance sheets, P&L statements, and cash flow statements.
