Growth Analytics Manager (Fintech)

Growth Analytics Manager (Fintech): Owning growth data, budgeting, and financial planning across four core markets with an accent on KPI strategy, user journey analytics, and marketing performance. Focus on designing controlled experiments, forecasting lifetime value, analyzing attribution and cohorts, and translating complex data into decisions for product and marketing teams.

Location: Hybrid in London, with 3–4 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Act as the analytical backbone for Growth leadership, presenting recommendations that influence budgets, roadmaps, and business strategy.
• Define, monitor, and report on KPIs across acquisition, activation, retention, referral, and revenue.
• Conduct cohort analysis, A/B test analysis, attribution modeling, and lifetime value forecasting.
• Design and analyze controlled experiments and provide statistically significant recommendations.
• Partner with the Head of Growth, founders, product, and marketing teams to optimize business performance.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in an analytical role.
• Expert proficiency in SQL for querying, transformation, and analysis.
• Advanced experience with Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or a comparable data visualization tool.
• Strong understanding of statistical significance and A/B/n testing.
• Deep knowledge of digital marketing metrics, including CAC, ROAS, and CPA, and their impact on P&L.
• Experience with Python or R for data analysis is advantageous.

Nice to have

• Previous experience at McKinsey, BCG, or Bain.
