What you will do

• Execute transformation project assignments for energy and utilities clients.
• Structure and analyze data, conduct benchmarks, and synthesize findings into practical conclusions.
• Conduct interviews, facilitate workshops, and map business processes.
• Prepare functional specifications and support project teams.
• Contribute to knowledge creation through workshops, publications, and seminars.
• Take on team support responsibilities and progressively assume greater ownership.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Business Engineering.
• 0–3 years of experience as a consultant.
• Strong interest in the energy sector, data, and AI-related topics.
• Analytical, autonomous, dynamic, rigorous, and results-oriented approach.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Trilingual French, Dutch, and English required; no work permit sponsorship is available.
