What you will do

• Calculate sales compensation commissions and hedging adjustments.
• Analyze accounts and specialized reports to investigate discrepancies and validate calculations against plan rules.
• Perform monthly accruals and reconciliations.
• Participate in process improvement projects to ensure compliance with internal controls and regulations.
• Prepare reporting and presentations for ad hoc internal reviews.
• Maintain dashboards and wrangle large data sets for consolidation.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in accounting or FP&A.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including modeling, advanced formulas, pivot tables, and macros.
• Degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, communication, and consultation skills in English.
• Ability to collaborate with geographically distributed teams and work independently.

Nice to have

• Experience with sales compensation calculations and hedging adjustments.
• Proficiency in BI and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, Snowflake, or CaptivateIQ.
• Experience within the EU or Global payments industry.
• Change Management experience.
