What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA Engineers while fostering strong quality and collaboration practices.
• Define and oversee functional, performance, security, and regression test strategies.
• Design and maintain automated testing frameworks for blockchain applications and APIs.
• Improve QA processes, methodologies, defect tracking, and reporting.
• Partner with developers to review features, identify testability concerns, and validate new functionality.
• Coordinate with DevOps to integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software quality assurance experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
• Strong experience with test automation frameworks and methodologies.
• Deep understanding of Bitcoin and blockchain technology.
• Experience with API testing tools, scripting languages, and performance testing tools.
• Knowledge of security testing, penetration testing, and vulnerability assessment methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, leadership, and documentation skills.
