What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain automated tests for backend/API and frontend services in the blockchain domain.
• Create robust test coverage for edge cases, including missing data, delayed data, and incorrect calculations.
• Establish technical vision and lead long-term systemic planning for QA architectures and frameworks.
• Evaluate and drive the adoption of AI tools (Cursor, Claude, n8n) to optimize QA and development workflows.
• Collaborate with developers and business stakeholders to improve testability, observability, and reliability of services.
• Conduct code reviews and implement QA best practices to drive business growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of AQA/SDET experience testing complex backend, API, or distributed systems.
• Must be based in Europe.
• Strong proficiency in Java and deep understanding of SOLID principles and design patterns.
• Solid SQL and PostgreSQL experience for data validation and investigating inconsistencies.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright, Postman, REST-assured, and Allure.
• Proficiency in English is required.

Nice to have

• QA technical leadership experience.
• Experience in performance testing.
• Knowledge of Python.
