What you will do

• Work directly with customers to understand technical and operational objectives, define requirements, prototype solutions, and build production software.
• Design, develop, and launch applications, APIs, and SDKs for secure commerce between AI agents and the financial system.
• Build and configure agent identity and credentialing systems so agents can be verified and transactions audited.
• Drive deployments end to end, including configuration, policy setup, testing, and troubleshooting across customer environments and legacy financial infrastructure.
• Analyze customer codebases and feedback to identify friction points and improve the platform.
• Partner with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to align the roadmap with customer needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience with TypeScript, Python, Go, or similar languages.
• Track record of shipping complex, production-quality features from concept through production.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including customers and compliance officers.
• Ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments with high ownership, urgency, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Commitment to building performant, reliable, and secure systems.
• Fluency with AI development tools such as Claude Code and Codex, including directing, validating, and owning their output.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, payments, blockchain, or regulated financial infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience building AI-driven solutions or integrating modern AI toolkits, supported by public examples.
• Experience writing agent skills and working with AI agents, stablecoins, or programmable identity.
• Proficiency with TypeScript, Python, and React.
• Relevant open-source contributions or published technical work.
