Location: Remote within the United States; semi-annual company off-sites and retreats take place around the globe.

What you will do

• Build AI-powered internal tools for lead enrichment, account research, outbound personalization, call insights, and internal knowledge retrieval.
• Create customer-facing demos, sandboxed playgrounds, onboarding experiences, case study tools, and self-service evaluation workflows.
• Develop and maintain marketing engineering systems, including websites, landing pages, experiments, lifecycle email flows, attribution, and CRM integrations.
• Automate customer evaluation workflows such as provisioning, sample pipelines, integration accelerators, ROI calculators, and technical content generation.
• Instrument growth surfaces, analyze results, and scale experiments that improve revenue outcomes.
• Evaluate emerging LLMs, agent frameworks, and AI-native tools, and help apply them across go-to-market functions.

Requirements

• End-to-end engineering experience across frontend, backend, integrations, agents, and automations.
• Production experience with LLMs and AI tooling, including Anthropic or OpenAI APIs, agent frameworks, retrieval, and evaluations.
• Fluency with modern web development, including TypeScript and Next.js or similar technologies.
• Ability to work across multiple environments, services, and third-party APIs.
• High autonomy, strong execution, and the ability to scope, ship, and measure work independently.
• Strong communication across sales, design, product, and engineering stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in growth engineering, forward-deployed engineering, solutions engineering, or developer relations.
• Experience building internal AI agents or tools used by operational teams.
• Background in fintech, payments, stablecoins, or financial infrastructure.
• A side project, indie tool, or open-source library used by other engineers.
• Experience launching revenue-driving experiments end to end.
