What you will do

• Lead the review and coordination of engineering and design deliverables across multiple AI data center projects.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary efforts including civil, structural, electrical, mechanical, utility, and network infrastructure.
• Manage external engineering consultants and enforce Basis of Design (BoD) standards.
• Identify design risks, constructability concerns, and integration issues early in the project lifecycle.
• Partner with Development, Construction, Power, and Operations teams to align design intent with deployment goals.
• Provide technical recommendations and updates to project and executive leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
• 10+ years of experience supporting data center, mission-critical, industrial, energy, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience coordinating multi-disciplinary engineering activities and managing technical stakeholders.
• Ability to review complex engineering drawings, technical reports, and infrastructure studies.
• Must be insurable under the company vehicle insurance policy for travel between job sites.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI, hyperscale, HPC, or mission-critical environments.
• Professional certifications such as PE, RA, or PMP.
• Background in owner-side development or infrastructure delivery organizations.
