What you will do
- Conduct competitor benchmarking, user research, and cryptocurrency industry trend analysis.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback from surveys, interviews, and support tickets.
- Track product usage, retention, and funnel conversion metrics and prepare insights.
- Draft product requirement documents, feature specifications, release notes, and user guides.
- Support QA and UAT by testing features, logging bugs, and verifying product quality.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and operations while organizing feature requests and maintaining the backlog in GitLab and Notion.
Requirements
- Higher education qualification in Computer Science, Finance, Actuarial Science, Economics, Business, or Management.
- Strong English proficiency and writing skills.
- Genuine interest in cryptocurrency and blockchain, including a basic understanding of related concepts, technologies, trends, and regulatory frameworks.
- Basic proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel; SQL knowledge is beneficial.
- Strong documentation, attention to detail, interpersonal, collaboration, learning, and adaptability skills.
