What you will do

• Provide technical and commercial sales support during the pre-order phase to drive secondary machine sales.
• Develop and maintain the product vision, long-term goals, and strategic roadmaps.
• Translate high-level business goals into detailed technical requirements, bridging the gap between customer needs and engineering.
• Manage complex and critical customer projects in collaboration with a global network and the German headquarters.
• Create customized offers and machinery concepts based on customer-specific usage analysis.
• Prepare technical sales documentation and product presentations.

Requirements

• Degree or MBA in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Profound practical experience in a technical position.
• Proven track record of successfully leading complex projects.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Solid knowledge of SAP and MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to adapt to multicultural environments.
