What you will do

• Architect and implement critical infrastructure, including consensus mechanisms, transaction reordering processes, and state management.
• Solve complex distributed-systems and cryptography challenges to improve scalability and robustness.
• Collaborate with the CTO, founding team, integration partners, and the wider blockchain ecosystem.
• Establish benchmarks, development tools, and engineering best practices.
• Produce clean, maintainable code and clear technical documentation.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of blockchain systems, consensus mechanisms, and cryptographic principles.
• Experience building scalable, high-performance backend systems.
• Proficiency in Rust.
• Ability to learn new technologies and concepts quickly.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with a small, high-performing team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to code quality.

Nice to have

• Experience with the Alloy and Reth libraries.
