Software Engineer (Rust)

What you will do

• Design and implement robust Rust services and libraries for trading, payments, and crypto experiences.
• Write reusable, testable, efficient code for revenue-critical systems.
• Contribute to large-scale distributed systems architecture and build resilient, low-latency solutions.
• Debug issues across the operating system, network, and application layers.
• Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements and constraints into appropriate systems.
• Own systems and libraries end to end while working with experienced Rust engineers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Rust network services or asynchronous programming.
• Security-first approach to system design.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, RPC protocols, Kafka, and event-driven systems.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively with product teams.
• Full-time remote work from one of the listed countries.

Nice to have

• Experience building B2B products.
• Fintech or crypto industry experience.
