Product Manager (Crypto)

Product Manager (Crypto): Owns the core financial and crypto infrastructure of a regulated digital asset platform, with an accent on wallet security, treasury operations, payment integrations, and internal tooling. Focus on designing scalable custody systems, optimizing asset flows and reconciliation, and solving complex operational challenges across blockchain and traditional financial infrastructure.

Location: Payment integrations support the Malaysian and regional ecosystem.

What you will do

• Own the roadmap for hot and cold digital asset wallet infrastructure, focusing on security and scalability.
• Design and optimize treasury systems for asset rebalancing, liquidity monitoring, and capital buffer management.
• Lead fiat-to-crypto payment gateway integrations and improve deposit and withdrawal success rates.
• Automate back-office reconciliation and optimize fund flows with Operations and Finance.
• Own the lifecycle of internal platforms, including KYC/AML workflows, fiat integrations, and CRM tools.
• Analyze DeFi, on-chain data, and competitor products to identify opportunities and define operational KPIs.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of Product Management experience, preferably in regulated fintech, cryptocurrency exchanges, banking operations, or related areas.
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, spot trading, wallet custody, MPC, and multi-signature systems.
• Experience with back-office operations, treasury, or settlement processes.
• Ability to drive technical and financial requirements involving APIs, blockchain ledgers, and fiat payment rails.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, logical analysis, systematic planning, and cross-functional stakeholder management.
