Senior/Lead C# Software Engineer (Next.js)

Location: Ukraine; remote or office work.

What you will do

• Lead the technical direction of the engineering team, resolve blockers, and support delivery continuity.
• Drive the implementation of UKG and Task Management integrations.
• Design, build, and enhance scalable .NET APIs using C# with attention to performance, maintainability, and security.
• Contribute to Next.js and React feature development and frontend improvements.
• Review backend and frontend code, establish engineering standards, and provide architectural guidance.
• Mentor engineers, facilitate technical design discussions, and troubleshoot complex technical issues.

Requirements

• Strong commercial experience with .NET and C# backend development.
• Hands-on expertise with Next.js and React.
• Experience designing, developing, and maintaining RESTful APIs.
• Practical experience with both AWS and Azure.
• Previous experience as a Tech Lead or senior technical leader, including technical design ownership and code reviews.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with mobile application development and backend integrations for Android and iOS.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automation practices, and DevOps methodologies.
