Senior Fullstack Engineer (LLM)

Location: Ukraine, Poland, or Cyprus; remote or hybrid work available

hirify.global is developing a high-scale LLM-driven dictation and medical reporting platform that connects third-party frontends, radiologists, and AI agents to backend services.

What you will do

• Architect a fast, reliable, and cost-effective MVP that can evolve as the platform scales.
• Orchestrate backend integrations with Dolby, medical viewers, PowerScribe, and other medical and audio systems.
• Build a secure browser-based data capture mechanism using a Zero-Trust API network and aggregate user dictation.
• Design and execute migrations across multiple SQL and NoSQL database environments.
• Build flexible reporting panels and integrate dictation modules through iframes or custom components.

Requirements

• Senior-level backend development experience with .NET and solid frontend capabilities with React.
• Experience integrating third-party APIs, WebSockets, audio streaming, or LLM data pipelines.
• Strong healthcare domain experience with tools such as PowerScribe, HL7, and medical viewers.
• Deep understanding of browser APIs, network capture, security protocols, iframe communication, or Chrome extensions.
• Experience with complex migrations across different SQL and NoSQL database systems.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
