What you will do

• Own and execute growth initiatives across supply and demand to meet city-level OKRs.
• Analyze and track operational data to monitor project effectiveness and identify trends.
• Plan and execute multiple initiatives simultaneously to ensure timely delivery and impact.
• Support the launch and scaling of delivery operations in new cities on the ground.
• Develop and manage local partnerships to strengthen the marketplace.
• Monitor and improve service quality and satisfaction metrics for couriers and customers.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in business development, operations, or data analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, economics, or management.
• Strong proficiency in Looker Studio, Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Advanced English proficiency is required.
• Ability to travel and work on the ground in the field.
• Strong project management and structured problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in courier, ride-hailing, or mobility operations.
• Knowledge of SQL.
